  PBC was hired to help our 100-year-old NFP institution chart the course for the next century by developing a comprehensive and integrated strategic plan within a very short timeframe.  PBC (Bernie and Christian) facilitated and lead many onsite and zoom sessions and guided the team in board-level preparations and presentations.   Just like in life, a business has its easy times and its hard times. After a 3 year good run with my landscaping company, I found out that my manager, of whom I had a very good relationship with, was stealing from me. This obviously hurt on a personal and professional level. Emotions aside, the company had to move forward. I was in distress and needed help.

During this time period I reached out to a business coach, Phillip Ashcroft. Phillip not only helped me work my way through this very difficult problem, but he also taught me invaluable lessons about myself, people, and business. I can genuinely say Phillip has been a pleasure to work with and has been an invaluable member of my team when I needed him the most.

This is the second time I have hired a coach in my business career. Honestly, I only wish I had done it more often. Coaching has taught me a lot about emotional intelligence, my owns strengths and weaknesses, and has made me better at managing the different personalities in my business.
