PBC was hired to help our 100-year-old NFP institution chart the course for the next century by developing a comprehensive and integrated strategic plan within a very short timeframe.  PBC (Bernie and Christian) facilitated and lead many onsite and zoom sessions and guided the team in board-level preparations and presentations. Just like in life, a business has its easy times and its hard times. After a 3 year good run with my landscaping company, I found out that my manager, of whom I had a very good relationship with, was stealing from me. This obviously hurt on a personal and professional level. Emotions aside, the company had to move forward. I was in distress and needed help.

During this time period I reached out to a business coach, Phillip Ashcroft. Phillip not only helped me work my way through this very difficult problem, but he also taught me invaluable lessons about myself, people, and business. I can genuinely say Phillip has been a pleasure to work with and has been an invaluable member of my team when I needed him the most.

This is the second time I have hired a coach in my business career. Honestly, I only wish I had done it more often. Coaching has taught me a lot about emotional intelligence, my owns strengths and weaknesses, and has made me better at managing the different personalities in my business. Professional Business Coaches has been an enormous help with the exit strategy and sale of my first company. They now are helping me with the new real estate company I am working on.
