Bernhard Heine

Bernhard C. HeineBernhard Heine is a Business and Executive Coach at Professional Business Coaches, Inc., (PBC, Inc.) a company he founded to help business owners and leaders achieve their vision. Bernhard has more than 25 years of experience working collaboratively with business partners in all phases of business management, restructuring and transformation, particularly in: strategic planning, marketing and sales, organizational design, engineering consulting, project management, coaching and facilitation.

Prior to forming PBC, Inc., he was Executive Director for Strategy and Business Development for eight years at Textron Inc. His responsibilities included: advising senior leaders, facilitating meetings and training sessions, leading strategic planning initiatives, conducting corporate and business strategy assessments, and screening attractive industry and business growth opportunities.

Prior to joining Textron he was principal at Alliance Consulting Group, an e-business strategy consulting firm. Prior to that, he worked six years at Coca-Cola in Germany; advising the CEO and his staff on restructuring the German bottling system and implementing new marketing and sales strategies. Before Coca-Cola he was a management consultant with the Boston Consulting Group, an international management consulting firm (also in Germany).

Bernhard started his career at a marine transportation consulting firm where he worked globally as a marine engineer on commercial ship building projects, especially in Japan and South Korea.

Bernhard holds a BS in marine engineering from the US Merchant Marine Academy in NY. He also holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and is a Certified Professional Business Coach with the Professional Business Coaches Alliance, Certified Legal Practice Coach, and Authorized Client Builder Sales Trainer. Bernhard has also achieved the "Master Coach" designation from the PBCA in Sales, Coaching, Leadership, Marketing, and Exit Planning.

Bernhard is fluent in German, and lives with his wife and 2 children in Massachusetts.

Philip Ashcroft

Philip AshcroftPhilip Ashcroft is a Business and Executive Coach at Professional Business Coaches, Inc. (PBC, Inc.).  He is an inspirational business executive with an extensive track record of increasing efficiencies, productivity, and profitability with an aptitude for identifying technology to create systems that enable businesses to excel and drive sustainable growth. He has specialized in change management leadership through numerous turnarounds, acquisitions and restructuring. He is at ease interfacing at all levels and functions of a business, and a passionate advocate of individual accountability and outstanding customer service.

Immediately prior to joining PBC, Inc., Philip was the Executive Vice President of a multinational company responsible for operations across the US and Canada with a full P&L responsibility for a $500M business.

Philip's expansive career has spanned process, manufacturing and utility businesses, both in the US and UK. He has a comprehensive skill set, covering a wide range of business functions from strategy planning, business development, business process re-engineering, performance management, and contract negotiations to HR and organizational development.

Philip has a BSc DunElm majoring in Geology and is a graduate of London Business School Executive Program. He is a Certified Professional Business Coach by the Professional Business Coaches Alliance.

Paul Crossman

Paul Crossman

Paul Crossman is a Business and Executive Coach affiliated with Professional Business Coaches, Inc. (PBC, Inc.).  He is a senior executive with a record of growing multi-divisional international businesses.  Paul is passionate about helping business executives achieve their professional and organizational goals.  He spent more than 25 years in technical publishing and non-profit management.  Paul is recognized as a strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills and the ability to implement change.  He specialized in leading change in industries undergoing radical, and rapid transformation.  His areas of expertise include:  Coaching, People Development, Business Development, Marketing and Sales, Financial Analysis, Strategic Planning, Leadership, Budgeting, Change Management, and Organizational Design.

Immediately prior to joining PBC, Inc., Paul was the Vice President of Business Operations for the National Fire Protection Association, the leading international developer of electrical, fire, and life safety codes and standards.  He was responsible for worldwide business operations with full P&L responsibility for a $90M business.

Paul’s career has spanned a number of industries including technical publishing, continuity programs, training, certification, conferences, meetings, tradeshows and advertising.  He has a comprehensive skill set, covering a wide range of business functions, such as: new product development, product management, marketing, sales, customer service, and fulfillment.

Paul has a BS in Economics from Gordon College in Wenham, MA, and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Northeastern University in Boston, MA. He is a Certified Professional Business Coach by the Professional Business Coaches Alliance.

Larry Lewis

Larry Lewis

Larry Lewis is the founder and president of Client Builder Sales & Marketing (“CBSM”). Over the last two decades, Larry has worked with hundreds of companies of all sizes and scope. His practical, street-smart approach to prospecting and selling has helped hundreds of sales executives, small business owners, and independent professionals increase their sales and profits with more control, greater confidence and less effort.

Larry is the author of “Client Builder Selling” and the creator of the “Client Builder Academy” online sales coaching platform. He is also an entertaining professional speaker who has spoken to hundreds of trade and professional organizations on the topics of selling and sales management. Prior to forming CBSM he was a top sales performer for Lexis-Nexis and Thomson Reuters and a sales manager with several smaller firms. Before pursuing a career in sales he practiced for four years as a trial lawyer.

Larry holds a BS in Marketing from the University of Virginia and a JD from the Duquesne University School of Law. He lives with his two sons just north of Pittsburgh, PA.

Michael Andersen

Michael Andersen

Michael Andersen is a seasoned business coach and strategist and the founder of Essentia Business Advisors (“Essentia”), a company focused on helping businesses grow revenue and develop entrepreneurial opportunities. Throughout his career, Michael has led projects in the areas of sales force development, sales organizational alignment, brand development, marketing strategy, and CRM implementation. He was an early visionary for mobile sales CRM and is a nationally recognized speaker on the topic of “Organizational Change and CRM Adoption.”

For fifteen years prior to forming Essentia, Michael owned and operated a technology consulting firm which grew to be one of the largest CRM implementers in the world with over 2500 customers in six states. After selling his stake in the company he expanded his range of expertise by working as a consultant to larger corporations including Wells Fargo, Sprint, John Deere, AgReliant, Novartis Pharmaceuticals, Marsh McLennan, General Mills and Brinker International. Since founding Essentia, he has dedicated himself to coaching business owners, company presidents and sales executives in the area of sales and marketing and frequently fills the role of Sales and Marketing Vice President on an interim basis.

Michael has BBA from the University of Iowa and an MBA from Drake University. He also serves as an adjunct professor at Simpson College in Iowa. Michael lives with his wife and two daughters outside of Des Moines, Iowa.
