Paul Crossman

Paul Crossman is a Business and Executive Coach affiliated with Professional Business Coaches, Inc. (PBC, Inc.).  He is a senior executive with a record of growing multi-divisional international businesses.  Paul is passionate about helping business executives achieve their professional and organizational goals.  He spent more than 25 years in technical publishing and non-profit management.  Paul is recognized as a strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills and the ability to implement change.  He specialized in leading change in industries undergoing radical and rapid transformation.  His areas of expertise include Coaching, People Development, Business Development, Marketing and Sales, Financial Analysis, Strategic Planning, Leadership, Budgeting, Change Management, and Organizational Design.

Immediately before joining PBC, Inc., Paul was the Vice President of Business Operations for the National Fire Protection Association, the leading international developer of electrical, fire, and life safety codes and standards.  He was responsible for worldwide business operations with full P&L responsibility for a $90M business.

Paul’s career has spanned many industries, including technical publishing, continuity programs, training, certification, conferences, meetings, tradeshows, and advertising.  He has a comprehensive skill set, covering a wide range of business functions, such as new product development, product management, marketing, sales, customer service, and fulfillment.

Paul has a BS in Economics from Gordon College in Wenham, MA, and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Northeastern University in Boston, MA. He is a Certified Professional Business Coach by the Professional Business Coaches Alliance.
