Peer Group Training

Schedule a Meeting

Learn With (and from) Other Business Leaders

Peer group training can be invaluable as a supplement to individual coaching, to refresh and update your skills, or to improve your management competencies. Meet with your peers from other businesses and organizations to enjoy a heightened sense of purpose and energize your own journey toward success. Plus, it is a great way to network with like-minded, motivated leaders. Choose the group training program that suits your individual needs and schedule.

Business Effectiveness Series

The Business Effectiveness Series is a 13-week group coaching session that covers the Essentials of Business Effectiveness. This series meets for one two-hour session a week for 13 consecutive weeks. Topics covered include a behavior style analysis (Everything DiSC), vision and mission, marketing, sales, customer service, human resources, and financial analysis. This series is most effective for motivated self-starters who need little follow-up to ensure they put the knowledge gained into practice in their business.

See our Events page for information about when the next group will get started or Contact Us for more information.

BANG! Brainstorming, Accountability and Networking Group

A BANG! group combines group coaching and accountability, networking, business effectiveness teaching, and masterminding into one group. Meeting every other week for two hours, the BANG group brings together a small group of successful business leaders with a professional coach to work, on a confidential basis, to evaluate and solve each other’s business problems.

In a BANG! group you will evaluate the state of your business, understand your unique leadership behavior styles, understand the best business practices of other successful businesses, confidentially brainstorm with fellow business owners to solve problems, confidentially work in teams and with partners to develop plans for improvement, follow-up with fellow business owners to ensure plans get implemented and drive lasting results in your business.
