The first step in business (or life in general for that matter) is to identify what it is you want and Why you want it. Why do you do the things you do? What are you passionate about? Is it selling products or having a positive impact on your clients? I think you will find the latter to be more exciting to your clients and your staff.

I often tell my clients that the first step is to identify what it is you want out of life and focus on Why you want it.
