Bernhard “Bernie” Heine
Bernhard “Bernie” Heine is a Business and Executive Coach at Professional Business Coaches, Inc., the company he founded to help business owners and leaders achieve their vision. Bernie has more than 30 years of experience working collaboratively with business partners in all phases of business management, restructuring, and transformation, particularly in strategic planning, marketing and sales, organizational design, engineering consulting, project management, coaching, and facilitation.
Before forming Professional Business Coaches, Bernie served as Executive Director for Strategy and Business Development at Textron Inc., where he advised senior leaders, facilitated meetings and training sessions, led strategic planning initiatives, and conducted corporate and business strategy assessments. He previously worked with Alliance Consulting Group, Coca-Cola in Germany, Boston Consulting Group, and a marine transportation consulting firm.
Bernie holds a BS in marine engineering from the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He is a Certified Professional Business Coach with the Professional Business Coaches Alliance, a Certified Legal Practice Coach, an Authorized Client Builder Sales Trainer, and a PBCA Master Coach in Sales, Coaching, Leadership, Marketing, and Exit Planning.
Ronald E. Kutrieb
Ronald E. Kutrieb has an extensive career in real estate, finance, and entrepreneurship. He founded and served as President and CEO of SafeDose Pharmacy, a national company delivering packaged medications to care facilities, growing it to $20 million in sales before selling it in 2023.
Earlier in his career, Ron served as Vice President at Homart Development Co., a subsidiary of Sears, where he structured and packaged the company for conversion to a $1 billion real estate investment trust. He was also President and CEO of Realty Income Trust, a publicly traded REIT, where he grew assets from $20 million to $100 million over a decade while maintaining profitable operations and paying consistent dividends.
Ron brings practical entrepreneurial, financial, and leadership experience to business owners who want to grow, improve performance, strengthen decision-making, and build more valuable companies.
Joe Zeliger
Joe Zeliger is a seasoned business coach and entrepreneur with more than 30 years of experience in business ownership, sales, and operations. As the founder of a successful home services business, Joe built the company from the ground up, achieving steady year-over-year growth and consistent profitability.
Earlier in his career, Joe helped lead operations for his family’s business, Northeast Resource Center, where he managed field services and logistics across multiple client accounts. He also spent many years in sales and sales leadership within the technology and market research industries, where he built client relationships, negotiated contracts, and led high-performing sales teams.
As a Professional Business Coach and PBCA member, Joe helps small and mid-sized business owners gain clarity, improve performance, and achieve sustainable growth. His coaching approach is grounded in real-world experience and practical strategies that produce measurable results.
